Recipe Ingredients for Frittata

4 eggs, large
2 egg whites, large
3 oz. ham, low fat
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup pepper, chopped
3 tsp. milk, 2%
1 potato, small
6 green beans, fresh steamed
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, low fat
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Frittata

Mix eggs, egg whites, ham, onion, peppers, milk and 1/2 the cheese. Pour into a warm skillet and when almost set top with the rest of the cheese. Put under a preheated broiler for 1 minute to melt cheese.
