Ham, Spinach, and mushroom frittata

Recipe Ingredients for Frittata

1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped spinach
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped ham
3/4 cup broth
10 eggs
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup grated gruyere

Recipe Directions for Frittata

  1. Sautee first four ingredients in broth in oven-safe pan.

  2. Turn oven on: Broil.

  3. Mix eggs and yogurt and add to pan, stirring until eggs are mostly cooked. Season to taste. Put grated cheese on top and put in oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
