Recipe Ingredients for Frittata

400 grams potato
1/2 cup onion
80 grams mushrooms
80 grams broccoli
130 grams ham
3 oz. swiss cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. oil

Recipe Directions for Frittata

  1. Heat oven proof skillet to med-hi. Heat oven to 375. Thinly slice potato, and mushrooms. Finely chop ham and onion. Cut broccoli into small pieces and steam until almost soft. Salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Place oil in bottom of skillet to evenly coat. Add potatoes in a layer top with onion. Cook until browned and turn. Add mushrooms, broccoli and ham in layers. Top with cheese. Mix egg and milk together in a bowl, then pour over skillet. Place in oven and cook until egg is set.
