Frittata (Italian egg casserole) with pesto sauce, tomatoes and flank steak

Recipe Ingredients for Frittata with Pesto & Beef

6 large Egg, Whole
1 medium Tomatoes
2 oz Pesto with Basil
6 oz Beef, Flank

Recipe Directions for Frittata with Pesto & Beef

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Beat eggs in large bowl until frothy; fold in pesto, chopped tomato and chopped flank steak.

  3. Heat large ovenproof non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add egg mixture to heated skillet; allow to cook until almost set.

  5. Put skillet in pre-heated oven and cook until set and starting to brown.

  6. Remove from oven; slide the frittata onto a cutting board and cut into 8 wedges.
