Thanks to food network's alton brown, I now know how to make frittata. This is a great egg recipe for people who don't like the taste of egg

Recipe Ingredients for Frittata! (Aka egg pizza)

3 large eggs
3 strips bacon, center cut
1 dash ground pepper
1 dash cayenne
1 dash onion powder
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash basil
1/4 large bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Frittata! (Aka egg pizza)

  1. Preheat oven to broil setting.

  2. In medium size bowl, using a fork, blend together eggs and spices. Heat 12-inch non-stick, oven safe saute pan over medium high heat. Cook bacon in pan. When bacon is crispy, set aside on paper towel and pour off half the bacon grease. Add chopped bell pepper to pan and saute for 2 minutes. Crumble bacon into pan. Pour egg mixture into pan and stir with rubber spatula to distribute goodies across surface. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the egg mixture has set on the bottom and begins to set up on top. Sprinkle with basil.

  3. Place pan into oven and broil for 3 to 4 minutes, until lightly browned and fluffy. Remove from pan and cut into 4 slices. Serve immediately.
