Recipe Ingredients for fritta with peppers & bacon

7 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
3 egg All Natural Farm Fresh Eggs Large Egg
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
5 oz Hickory Smoked Bacon
0.5 cup Cheese
0.5 tsp Adobo All Purpose Seasoning

Recipe Directions for fritta with peppers & bacon

  1. cook bacon until crumbly.

  2. drain on paper towels and crumble

  3. drain out fat and spray pan with pam

  4. saute the peppers until softened

  5. scramble the eggs with the odobo

  6. add the eggs and bacon to the pan

  7. cook on low heat until eggs are set

  8. then add cheese and heat until melted
