Makes 4 servings



One cup per serving. One ounce Fritos per serving. 1/4 cup chedder cheese per serving. Can use 2 cans tomato sauce instead of diced tomatos.

Recipe Ingredients for Frito Pie!

1 1/3 tbsp. dry chili seasoning, McCormick
1 lb. ground turkey breast
14 1/2 oz. diced tomatos
12 oz. black beans
4 oz. corn chips, Fritos
1 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Frito Pie!

  1. Brown meat in a large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat.

  2. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce, and black beans; bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

  4. One bowl of Frito pie= 1 oz Fritos, 1 cup chili, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese

  5. Enjoy!
