A fritatta with swiss chard, mushrooms, onions, all topped with swiss cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Fritatta Swissed Up

0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 cup Chard, Swiss
0.13 tsp All-Seasons Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
3 egg Cage Free Organic Eggs
150 grams Egg, White
1.25 oz Swiss Cheese
0.3 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Fritatta Swissed Up

Saute onions and musrooms until soft. Add chard and cover to steam about 5 min. Season with pepper and season salt. Place veg in a glass pie pan. Beat eggs and egg whites together adding a little black pepper and worcestershire sauce. pour over veg. Top with 1 oz of swiss and bake in a 325F oven for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
