6 eggs Egg, Scrambled
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
250 grams Chorizo, Pork And Beef
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 serving Garlic Cloves
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Fritatta with Spinach (Low Carb)

  1. Fry everything but the eggs

  2. Put in scrambled eggs

  3. Cook till bottom is done

  4. Put cheese on top

  5. Bake until cheese is done and eggs are done
