5 egg fritatta with veggies, cheese not added

Recipe Ingredients for Fritatta

40 g green pepper
60 g sliced mushrooms
40 g chopped onion
2 c. baby spinach
5 eggs
2 tsp. olive oil
4 T. half and half

Recipe Directions for Fritatta

Saute veggies in 1 tsp. Oil Add 1 t. oil, beaten eggs & cream. Lift as cooking. Top with 2 oz. shredded cheese. Bake 325 degrees until melted and cooked through.
