8 eggs Egg, Scrambled
7 oz Peas, Green
4 oz Thick Sliced Bacon
4 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese
0.25 package Baby Arugala Blend Salad

Recipe Directions for fritatta bacon and goat cheese

Crumble cooked bacon into oven proof skillet over medium high heat. Add peas and scrambled eggs. Cook until eggs set, then place goat cheese medallions on top. Transfer to 450 degree oven and broil until cheese is soft about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh arugala. Serves 8.
