Recipe Ingredients for Fritata with Kale and Chard

1 cup, chopped(130 g) Kale
1 cup, chopped Chard, Swiss
0.s5 cup Onions
3 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
12 fl oz Milk
3 large Egg, Whole
2 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Fritata with Kale and Chard

Saute eggs, bacon and onions. Place in sprayed pie plate. Add 1/4 c water to pan and steam kale, chard and peppers 2 - 3 min. Place on top of bacon mixture. Whisk together eggs and evaporated milk. Top with cheese. Pour into pie plate and bake at 350F 35 min.
