A crustless Fritata - loaded with flavor! Prepare ahead of time and freeze

Recipe Ingredients for Fritata - crustless

1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese
50 grams fat free ham
60 grams cheddar cheese
1/4 cup onion
1 cup raw brocolli
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup green pepper
1 cup raw spinach
1 cup egg whites
1/2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Fritata - crustless

Precook onions, mushrooms, peppers, spinach in half the oil. Add remaining ingrediants. Place in a no stick pie plate and bake until firm. About 20 min. Add cheese bake another 5 min.
