Recipe Ingredients for Fried Zucchini

1/4 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1 serving Udad Lentil Flour
2 medium Egg, Whole
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup Tomato Products
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.5 Teaspoon Thyme
0.5 tsp Marjoram, Dried

Recipe Directions for Fried Zucchini

Combine tomato sauce with garlic salt, cayenne pepper, basil, marjoram, thyme. Put on low on burner for a slow heat while cutting up Zucchini. Preheat oven to 450 degrees to cook on cookie sheet with oil or heat a pan on high with a lid (put oil in moments before cooking. Combine almond and lentil flour with 2 eggs salt and pepper. dip sliced Zucchini in batter and cook. Use sauce garnished with Parmesan to dip fried pieces of Zucchini.
