veggies cut up and fried in oil.... maybe a little much oil will cut back next time and that will reduce calories as well :)

1 cup red pepper
1/2 cup green pepper
2 green onions
3 white mushrooms
1 celery stalk
2 tbs olive oil

  1. cut up veggies

  2. put oil in frying pan

  3. put veggies in frying pan

  4. fry untill tender
