I eat this all the time, frying whatever veggies I have in olive oil; it gives me a lot of fat, but I need some fat, and it tastes good and is loaded with nutrients

Recipe Ingredients for fried veggie standard

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 potato
5 oz spinach
1 tomato
1 cup red lentils
3 cloves garlic
1 gram fresh ginger
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp sage
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for fried veggie standard

  1. 1 hydrate the lentils with water and fresh ginger.

  2. 2 fry veggies starting with onions, garlic, potatoes, spinach. Add chopped tomato later.

  3. 3 add everything else to frying pan

  4. 4 Enjoy!
