Recipe Ingredients for Fried Udon Noodles

1 bundle Asian Pasta
0.5 block Tofu, Soft
1 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
2 cup, chopped Cabbage
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Fried Udon Noodles

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the udon noodles and cook just until al dente.

  2. Meanwhile heat 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cabbage and cook, stirring occasionally, until very tender, about 15 minutes. Add a tablespoon or so of water to the pan if the cabbage begins to stick or burn.

  3. Heat the remaining oil over medium-high heat in a separate pan. Add the onions, garlilc, salt, pepper, and paprika and cook until the onions are translucent.

  4. Add in the cubed tofu and saute.

  5. Add the onion/tofu mixture to the cabbage and stir to combine. Add the drained noodle and toss together until heated through.
