A creamy and spicy tofu dish served either on pasta or rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Tofu with Curried Cocunt Milk and Pasta

40 oz cooked spaghetti
400 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp curry paste
1 medium carrot
1 medium green pepper
454 grams firm tofu
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 pinch of salt

Recipe Directions for Fried Tofu with Curried Cocunt Milk and Pasta

  1. Heat oil in frying pan.

  2. Cut tofu into strips and fry in the oil.

  3. Add in the Cayenne, Garlic Salt and Salt into the pan.

  4. In a separate dish mix the curry paste into half of the coconut milk to mix. Pour into the frying pan and add rest of coconut milk.

  5. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.

  6. Add in sliced green pepper and thinly sliced carrot.

  7. Let this simmer for another 5 minutes or until tender.

  8. Serve over the cooked pasta or rice.
