1 serving, raw Cilantro
2 lime yields Lime Juice
0.5 tsp Garlic Salt
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
4 serving (Market Pantry) Tilapia Fillets
0.5 serving Corn Oil

Recipe Directions for Fried Tilapia Fillets

Squeeze the lime juice and add the slivered onions and cilantro. Season the mixture with the seasoning and finally add the fish in the end. Make sure your skillet is hot and the oil is ready. Fry a slice of onion first and then fry the fish. Afterwards fry the onion/cilantro/lime mix and use it as dressing on top of fish.
