Recipe Ingredients for Fried Steak

1 tsp vinegar
16 oz sirloin steak
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoon Flour

Recipe Directions for Fried Steak

  2. 1. Mix vinegar into the steaks.

  3. 2. Add seasonal salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.

  4. 3. Lightly flour each fillet.

  5. 4. Do the same step above on the other side

  6. 5. Once the flouring is done, the fillets can go into an oiled pan.

  7. 6. When both sides become brown, then the steaks are done.
