Probably the chicken with the most flavor that I've ever had, especially since I love anything ranch-flavored.

Recipe Ingredients for "Fried" Spicy Ranch Chicken

1/2 chicken breast, bone and skin removed
1 tbsp. fat free ranch dressing
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup saltine crackers
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tbsp. red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for "Fried" Spicy Ranch Chicken

  1. Defrost chicken.

  2. Heat oil in skillet on medium heat.

  3. Pour crushed saltine crackers, red pepper flakes, black pepper and garlic powder into a plate or shallow dish.

  4. Rub chicken with ranch dressing.

  5. Cover chicken with saltine mixture.

  6. Place in skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on both sides, or until thoroughly cooked.
