I use whole-wheat rotini for this recipe, but any pasta will do. (So in mine, there is more fiber...)

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Spaghetti

12 oz cooked pasta
3 eggs
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 Cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Fried Spaghetti

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.

  2. Drain and mix in eggs and cheese.

  3. Spray skillet (heated on medium) with cooking spray and pour on 1/4 of the mixture.

  4. Cook until bottom browns. Flip and cook until brown.

  5. Serve with spaghetti sauce.

  6. Can also be baked if desired. Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350 until set and slightly browned on top.
