Recipe Ingredients for Fried Shallots

9 grams Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped raw Shallots
0.15 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Fried Shallots

Slice three medium shallots thinly, separate rings. Toss shallots with flour and a pinch of salt and pepper, to coat. Heat oil pan on med-hi, add shallots, stirring frequently for about five minutes. Drain and serve.
