Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice with Vegetables

1 leek
2 carrots
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup rice
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp hot pepper

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice with Vegetables

  1. Wash & cook rice.

  2. Chop leek, carrots and garlic.

  3. Fry the vegetables with a bit of oil and soy sauce.

  4. Mix with rice and fry a little bit more (add soy sauce if necessary).

  5. Serve with Sambal Oelek or hot Pepper mash.
