Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice - Vegan

1 c peas
1 c corn
1 1/2 T Olive Oil
1 1/2 c Broccoli
3 carrots
5 c Brown Rice
1 red onion
2 celery stalks
150 g red pepper
1/4 c soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice - Vegan

  1. pick your favorite veggies, fry them in a bit of oil while preparing rice.

  2. Season with Salt, Pepper, Ginger, Soy sauce, or whatever you please

  3. combine rice and veggies and there you have it!
