200 g cooked white rice
5 ml vegetable oil
100 g Tuna
25 g carrot
25 g green bean
25 g corn
1 g salt

  1. heat oil

  2. dump in veggies and tuna

  3. microwave cooked rice while the previous are happenning

  4. when nice and warm/hot, put in some salt to taste

  5. done
