1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 cup white rice, medium grain 1 cup tofu 1/2 cup spinach, frozen 1/2 cup peas, frozen 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce 4 or 5 strips of dried wakame weed

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice with Tofu and Spinach

1 cup Rice, White, Short-grain, Cooked
2 tbsp (1/8 cup) Seaweed, Wakame
1/2 cup Tofu
1/2 cup Peas, Green
1/2 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sauce, Teriyaki, Ready-to-serve
1 serving Sunflower Oil

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice with Tofu and Spinach

Fry the rice in vegetable oil. Add the teriyaki sauce. Add peas, spinach and about 1 1/2 cups of water. Add a pinch of salt. Once the rice is almost cooked, add the diced tofu, wakame and soysauce and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. About 2 servings.
