Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice with shrimp

632 grams Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
156 grams Carrots
2 cup Sugar Snap Peas
12 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
8 oz Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
2 clove Garlic
2.5 tsp Ginger Root
2 large Egg, Whole
9 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1.5 oz Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice with shrimp

  1. Put 1 tbls spoon of canola in pan.

  2. Cook garlic & Ginger 30 secs, then add chopped shrimp.

  3. Cook til pink and set aside.

  4. Add more oil if needed and cook egg by spreading out in the pan.

  5. Finish cooking egg, beak up into pieces set aside.

  6. Add more canola oil if needed.

  7. Add more ginger & garlic.

  8. Add pea pods and carrots,and scallion onion parts cook 1 minute.

  9. splash in some soy sauce and sesame oil.

  10. Add rice & cooked egg and mix everything evenly.

  11. Add more soy sauce if wanted

  12. Add bean sprouts.

  13. Add shrimp, stir & serve.
