Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

2 cups white rice
2 cups mixed vegetables
2 eggs
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. Use cold rice for best results.

  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Add rice and stirfry for a couple of minutes. Add mixed vegetables (thaw if using frozen mixed veggies)and cook until heated through. Stir constantly. Beat eggs in separate bowl; pour in a thin stream into wok and stir. Cook until eggs are completely cooked and no longer wet looking. Sprinkle soy sauce over fried rice and stir to coat evenly. serve hot.
