Fried Rice with egg, peas, carrots, and corn

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

3 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked
2 large Egg, Whole
2 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 medium Carrots
1/2 cup Peas, Green
0.33 cup cut Corn, Sweet, Yellow

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. Using a whisk, lightly beat eggs in a small bowl. Heat oil in non-stick wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add eggs and scramble

  2. Add carrot to wok. Stir fry 1 minute. Add peas, corn, and rice. Cook, stirring, 3-4 minutes. Add egg. Stir until heated through. Serve immediately, with soy sauce if desired.
