My favourite way to make fried rice

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
32 grams Oyster Sauce
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
74 1/2 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
10 carrot Baby Carrots

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

Cook the rice, make about 2 cups. Set aside to cool. Spray pan with Pam and fry the onions, then add mushrooms, then rest of the veggies. Cook until wilted. Add rice, then soy and oyster sauce until combined.
