healthier fried rice - brown rice, lots of veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

2 cup Broccoli
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
2 cup Peas And Carrots
2 large Egg, Whole
1.5 cup,+chopped+or+diced Chicken
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tsp Chili Sauce
1 clove Garlic
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 tbsp Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

saute veggies in oil, add oyster sauce. add rice and soy sauce, let dry out a bit. add protein. add more soy sauce if necessary. pour in egg scrambled w/ a bit of sriracha and stir well, so egg cooks and coats evenly but does not burn.
