Fried Rice Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
4 cups cold cooked rice
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 tspn garlic powder
1/8 tspn pepper
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in the rice, teriyaki sauce, parlsey, garlic powder and pepper.

  2. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. In another frying pan add the lightly beaten egg, and make the scrambled egg lightly uncooked.

  4. Mix the egg with the vegetables and cook together for another 5 minutes.
