Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

150 grams white rice
3/4 cup frozen corn
3/4 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup frozen carrots
7 tbs. Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
1/2 tbs. minced Garlic
1/2 tbs. chopped onion
1/2 tbs. Canola Oil
2 Eggs

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. Boil white rice, fry eggs, heat peas, carrots, and corn in pan

  2. saute Canola oil, garlic, and onion

  3. add all together in skillet and heat, adding the soy sauce
