"Toasted" ginger and garlic dry on paper towel and go on as a crispy flavorful finish to this simple, delicious fried rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

1 tbsp sesame oil, cooked
2 tbsp fresh garlic, cooked
2 tbsp fresh ginger, cooked
1 tbsp sesame oil, cooked
2 leeks, cooked
2 cups white rice, cooked
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame oil, cooked
2 eggs, over-easy

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil in a small pan then add fresh ginger and garlic til browned.

  2. Place browned g & g on paper towel to crisp.

  3. Heat oil in a medium pan then add leeks.

  4. Cook til soft then add rice.

  5. In a separate pan, heat oil and cook over-easy eggs.

  6. Cook rice until leeks begin to brown.

  7. Combine rice and egg in a bowl, add soy sauce & sesame oil then top with crunchy g & g.

  8. Enjoy!
