Fried rice just thrown together with leftovers in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

3 c. jasmine rice
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 c. cabbage
1/3 c. carrot
1/3 c. onion
1/4 c. celery
3 eggs, scrambled
1/3 c. bean sprouts
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. Soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. Cook chicken in hot oil.

  2. Add rice and vegetables.

  3. Make a hole and cook scrambled eggs in it, then stir in with rest of mix.

  4. Add Soy Sauce and serve.
