Quick and easy, with light soy sauce and peas.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

2 cups rice (cooked to make 4 cups)
4 eggs
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup peas

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. Finely dice green onions and set aside.

  2. Scramble eggs with half the butter.

  3. Add rice and remaining butter then diced onion and peas.

  4. Evenly cover with soy sauce, breaking up clumps of rice and egg. Serve.
