Chinese flavor rice and vegetable dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried rice

2 cups jasmine rice
3 cups water
2 cups mixed vegetables, frozen
1 cup frozen broccoli florets
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 ounce stirfry sauce
2 tsp peanut sauce
1/2 tsp chili oil

Recipe Directions for Fried rice

  1. prepare rice (2 cups rice, 3 cups water, boil water, add rice, simmer for 15 to 20 minutes)

  2. Thaw frozen vegetables and broccoli in microwave safe dish.

  3. Add oil and chili oil to skillet, heat to med heat. Add rice, and stirfry and peanut sauce. mix well. add vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.
