Quick & easy, homemade fried rice

Recipe Ingredients for Fried rice

2 cups rice, raw (plus 4 cups water for cooking)
3 eggs
3 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Fried rice

  1. Add 1 tbsp oil to wok

  2. Scramble eggs lightly with salt and pepper

  3. Add eggs to pan and cook gently, about 3 minutes, remove from pan.

  4. Add 2 tbsp oil to wok

  5. Stir in 6 cups cold, cooked rice. Fry for a few minutes, stirring constantly.

  6. Add soy sauce

  7. Add eggs

  8. Add green onions and other preferred vegetables
