Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

2 eggs
2 1/2 cups rice
2 tablespoon butter
1 green onion
1 cup green peas

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. Heat bacon fat, add rice and some water. cover and allow to heat. add 1 tbsp soy sauce.

  2. whisk eggs, add to pan. mix with rice.

  3. allow to heat, covered.

  4. add green peas and green onion last to retain color.
