Using mixed white and brown rice from Deb.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

1/4 cup white rice
1/4 cup brown rice
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
2 eggs
3 T. soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. Cook rice in rice cooker - use 2 c. water.

  2. Scramble eggs and onion in nonstick spray.

  3. Add all ingredients and heat through.
