Fried rice with bacon, celery, onion, and carrot

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

3 cups cooked jasmine rice
3/4 lb bacon
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
5 cloves garlic
1 cup grated carrot
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

Cook diced bacon until tender and almost done, then add garlic and onion. Cook for several minutes, then add celery. Add carrots and cook for a few minutes longer. Vegetables should remain slightly crisp. Add rice and soy sauce to flavor.
