Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

1 cup jasmine rice
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon chili oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 cup onion
2 eggs
2 tablespoons garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 cup frozen broccoli

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. Heat wok style skillet

  2. Add oils to hot skillet

  3. Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic until soft.

  4. Add broccoli and toss, cover and cook about 5 minutes

  5. Add cooked jasmine rice, soy sauce, and hoisin, then toss and stir fry for a few minutes to coat rice and mix well.

  6. Make a well in the center, add the 2 eggs (beaten) and cover until eggs are cooked hard scrambled.

  7. Using a spatula, chop the cooked eggs in the pan, toss with the rice and vegetables until well mixed.
