Recipe Ingredients for fried rice

8 cups rice
6 tbsp oyster sauce
4 eggs
12 tbsp oil
400 g tofu
5 cloves garlic
1 leek
2 medium onions
250 g mushrooms

Recipe Directions for fried rice

  1. boil rice and let cool

  2. drain, cube and fry tofu with garlic, samba oelek and soy sauce

  3. saute onions and mushrooms, remove

  4. fry eggs, remove

  5. fry rice and add in the leek, sauteed veggies, oyster sauce and egg
