Recipe Ingredients for "fried" rice

1 cup brown rice
4 ounces pork tenderloin
1/3 cup onion
1 egg
1/2 cup green beans
1 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for "fried" rice

  1. Cook 1 cup brown rice in 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup water.

  2. In skillet on medium -high, heat chopped pork tenderloin and onion until sizzling. Add cooked rice, whisk 1 egg in, last add 1/2 cup cooked green beans.
