Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

3/4 cup raw brown rice
7 oz. extra firm tofu
1/2 cup egg white
1 oz. onion
2 mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
4 baby carrots
1 tbs. olive oil
2 tbs. soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. Cook rice.

  2. While rice is cooking, crumble tofu into skillet with 1 tsp olive oil.

  3. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned.

  4. Add egg white, scramble.

  5. Add cooked rice and all remaining ingredients to skillet.

  6. Cook until done.
