Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

1/3 cups basmati rice, cooked
1 egg
4 mushrooms, sliced
4 scallions, sliced
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
1 tsp cottonseed oil
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

Beat egg; add beaten egg to prepared rice. Saute vegetables in oil. Add rice-egg mixture and cook until rice is no longer glossy (egg is cooked).
