Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

1 tbs oil
4 oz turkey kielbasa
1 onion, chopped
1 tbs garlic, minced
1 tbs ginger, minced
1 pound mixed vegetables
56 g rice
3 oz shrimp (cooked/frozen, thawed)
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil, brown sausage.

  2. Add onion, cook a minute, then add garlic & ginger and stir.

  3. Add vegetables and stir fry until tender-crisp.

  4. Add rice, shrimp, and seasonings, stir and heat through.
