Fried rice (made with brown rice)

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice

1.5 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain
2 tbsp Olive Oil
0.5 cup Peas, Green
0.75 cup, chopped Carrots
4 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok.

  2. Add carrots and peas and heat (for about 5-7 min)

  3. Add rice (cold, day old rice works best). Make sure to break up the chunks of rice.

  4. Add soy sauce and cook on high. Stir constantly because it will start to burn!
