Recipe Ingredients for fried rice

3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cup broccoli
1 cup carrots
1/2 cup celery
1 cup baby corn
1 chicken breast
2 cups bean sprouts
2 large eggs
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for fried rice

  1. brown garlic in pan wth a little pam

  2. add carrots, broccoli, celery, and corn

  3. then add cooked check breast

  4. scramble in the eggs

  5. add soy sauce

  6. turn off heat and add bean sprouts.
